Presented at WRIB 2024 by Jing Liu, Principle Scientist, this poster looks at the challenges posed by XPro1595, a pegylated, engineered form of soluble human Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF alpha) and a novel format that has been developed and validated and can serve as an alternative format for immunogenicity assessment for drugs without an Fc region that tend to self-assemble or aggregate.
