我们的 QMS 基于药物临床试验质量管理规范 (GCP) 、美国病理学家学会 (CAP) 和临床实验室改进修正案 (CLIA)中规定的标准。

质量控制 (QC) 指标和标准

为确保数据质量，我们监控多个 QC 指标，并在样本处理过程中纳入控制措施。这些做法是我们 CLIA 合规计划的一部分。推荐将这些做法列入给 FDA 的自愿基因组学数据提交中，它们是公认的最佳实践。我们的努力促进了标准化举措，包括外部 RNA 控制联盟 (ERCC)、微阵列质量控制 (MAQC) 和测序质量控制 (SEQC) 联盟。
