Q² Solutions offers complete bioanalytical and ADME solutions for testing around the globe and across the product development spectrum.  We combine knowledge from the collective services provided by our central labs, bioanalytical and ADME labs network, as well as integration into Quintiles global early clinical Phase I unit.  

Presented at the 2015 North American International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics (ISSX) meeting, this poster details the Q² Solutions team’s investigation into the bioactivation of indoles by human liver microsomes with glutathione as trapping agent and the formation of novel cyclic cysteine and cysteine-glycine adducts.
