A New Microsampling Hematocrit-Compatible Dried Plasma Card for Fully Automated On-Line

Validation results showing the functional benefit of new book-type DPS cards with good analytical precision, accuracy, selectivity, recovery, and sensitivity.

Presented at the 2016 American Society for Mass Spectrometry Annual meeting, this poster details the team’s effort to design, develop, and validate a hematocrit-compatible dried plasma spot (DPS) card that can produce plasma without the need for centrifugation that is suitable for automated on line liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry detection (LC/MS/MS) analysis. Immungenicity testing and immunoassays can be a crucial component of your product's development and success.

Q2 Solutions services can meet your immunogenicity and immunoassay needs from  method development and validation, through sample analysis and customized reporting. Our scientists have extensive experience developing and validating variety of assays that support drug development including ELISA, Electrochemiluminescence (ECL), and cell-based immunoassays. At Q2 Solutions we can develop and validate custom-designed assays as well as ensure the transfer of existing bioanalytical methods.
