About the Authors

Sue Keeler, Director, Laboratory Network Solutions
Prior to joining Q2 Solutions, Sue Keeler was Global Head of the Clinical Sample Science department at AstraZeneca developing clinical laboratory strategy and project managing operations across the AstraZeneca portfolio at all phases of development. After spending 15 years as a laboratory based scientist within large Pharma, Sue developed extensive clinical experience in Translation Medicine and more recently in personalized healthcare, developing diagnostic strategies for drug launch.

Chuck Drucker, Head of Alliance Management
Chuck is Head of Q2 Solutions’ Alliance Management where he leads a team of Alliance Directors accountable for strategic planning, governance, commercial delivery, and service delivery for a set of Q2 Solutions’ customers. In addition he is the Founder and President of the Association of Commercial Professionals – Life Sciences (ACP-LS).  Prior to Q2 Solutions, Chuck held positions at Covance, AAI, and Amersham Biosciences (now GE Healthcare).

Katherine McGeehan, Associate Director, Laboratory Data Management
Katherine leads the Q2 Solutions global Data Integration team within the Data Management Department. This team of data management professionals specializes in integrating externally generated data into the LIMS system by working with the customers, third parties and internal teams.  Katherine joined the Q2 Solutions in 2005, supporting data management operations in a variety of capacities.  Previous roles includes over 13 years of laboratory experience.
