Prior to joining Q2 Solutions, Sue Keeler was Global Head of the Clinical Sample Science department at AstraZeneca developing clinical laboratory strategy and project managing operations across the AstraZeneca portfolio at all phases of development. After spending 15 years as a laboratory based scientist within large Pharma, Sue developed extensive clinical experience in Translation Medicine and more recently in personalized healthcare, developing diagnostic strategies for drug launch.
Sonya Ferguson, Senior Director, Global Head Client
Prior to joining Quintiles Central Laboratories and subsequently Q2 Solutions, Sonya Ferguson worked in the IVD Diagnostics industry for 18 years, with a focus on operations, science and business development. Sonya holds a Non-Executive Board position within the Biotech industry and serves as voluntary Board Director of the Belfast Charitable Society. At Q2 Solutions Sonya leads a team of 16 responsible for the global delivery of 16 of top 20 accounts across large and mid-sized pharma. Sonya leads a number of wider business initiatives including Laboratory Network Solutions. Sonya earned Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Master of Philosophy degrees in Biochemistry from Queens University, Belfast.
