MicroArray Quality Control (MAQC) Project
The MAQC project is a community-wide effort for microarray quality control. It was initiated by the FDA in order to provide quality control tools to objectively assess: 1) the performance of microarray platforms; 2) the proficiency of individual laboratories; and 3) the merits of various data analysis procedures.
